FORCED VACCINATION BILL, H138 – introduced this week – has interesting implications and is the second forced vaccination bill to be introduced this session (the other is H114).
H138 proposes to hand decision making power for forced vaccination of of all SCHOOL ENROLLEES, ADULT EMPLOYEES AND VOLUNTEERS from our elected legislative body to the Department of Health.
If you are concerned, you must MUST CONTACT YOUR LAWMAKER to oppose H138 immediately.
Also – if you teach at a school and do not wish to have your vaccination status tied to your employment, YOUR MUST CONTACT YOUR LAWMAKER and the VT NEA TODAY to oppose H114. H.114 proposes to remove the religious and philosophical vaccine exemptions from parents in Vermont and proposes to require adults working in schools or day/child care to be vaccinated against pertussis. This bill makes no sense at all, given what the “authorities” know about our current outbreak.
Your fundamental right to make health choices for yourself and your family are at stake.
H138 proposes that, should vax rates ever fall below 90% for any vaccine in a given school, the Health Commissioner would have automatic power to require compulsory vaccination of students, staff and volunteers.
H138 endangers our voice and our choice.
We must block the handover of power from our elected legislative body of “WE THE PEOPLE” to a Department which has already demonstrated that it cannot be trusted.
Wakey, wakey!
