Vermont: Expert Witness Testimony is Needed ASAP.
Help us Oppose Minor Consent!
Currently bill S.151 (Minor Consent for Preventative Services & Treatment) is sponsored by Senator Ginny Lyons and is being lobbied by the AAP, UVMMC and the VT Med Society.
Expert witness testimony is needed. The committee is expected to hear more testimony on March 13, 2024. If you have an MD, JD, PhD, DC, DO or other advanced degree, your testimony will be more heavily weighted by decision makers. Sad truth, parents are being silenced at this time.
